The Solar Ailene was launched today at the Hyundai Mipo Dockyard in Ulsan, South Korea. The vessel is named after Assistant Financial Planning Analyst Ailene Bravo who is based at the Head Office. Solar Ailene and Solar Sheridan will be delivered to the Shipping Team in January 2021. Sheridan Dela Rosa is a Senior Operations Supervisor. Both ladies won a raffle to have their names on two of the six new vessels ordered from the shipyard in 2018. The four other vessels have been delivered, namely Solar Sharna, Solar Nesrin, Solar Suzanne and Solar Skyler.
